Filipino instant celebrity Manny Pacquiao and Mexico’s Marc Antonio Barrera will have their most awaited rematch this October 6, 2007 in Las Vegas.

This is the second match of the breath-taking fight between the two superstars where the first one was held last 2003.

Now the case is up on who’s going to bring home a pile of cash considering that Barrera is at the moment the underdog. But still, Pacquiao must not underestimate the prowess of his adversary considering the agility and expertise of Barrera who already have won 35 titles.

This fight would be an initiation. Unlike other rematches, Barrera and Pacquiao’s a sure-watch fight because their past fight, or should I say the triumph of Pacquiao was a coincidence. Since Barrera underrated Pacquiao in the first place. And now, its time for Pacquiao to feel the demands of the public.

A good reason to watch the fight is that if Barrera would likely lose, then it’s the end of his career. Barrera will likely feel the ego now after hearing the news that Pacquiao had been sick. This only proves the heaviness of the pressure Pacquiao is bearing now. Barrera should still be more forceful on his blows because what Pacquiao has shown on his past fights clearly indicated a strong persona of a tough boxer.
