The Golden State Warriors sent Boston to a bact-to-back losses this season. This is after bating the Celtics, 99-89 on Friday night. This is the first time Celtics committed such consecutive losses this season, which ended their 19-staight wins. Despite Paul Pierce’s 21 points and Kevin Garnett’s 14, their team ended up defeaning their 14-point lead rally per game.

Boston, with a 24-7 record this season, must still play at Sacramento on Sunday and at Protland on Tuesday in order for them to compete their West Coast swing before going home.

It was the Warriors’ prime players Jackson and Marco Belinelli who led the game against the Celtics. It was remembered that the Stae lost to a 119-111 with Boston on their first meetig on Nov. 26.

Belinellie hit consecutive 3-pointers in the final minute of the third quarter for the Warriors while Garnet and Rajon Rondo are still on the bench. Belinelli trailed the 8-points lead against the Celtics in their final period. With Ronny Turiaf’s opening dunk in the final quarter, the team ignited the crowd’s support.

Turiaf finished with 14 points while Rondo had 11 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists. Golden State’s 7-point lead in the ending of the first half was nearly beaten with Ray Allen’s 3 pointer in the game.

Cleveland’s mighty king in the hardcourt stated that he’ll be considering another contract signing as an extension one with his team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.

LeBron James bid that the stated signing of contract will happen next year’s summer, a good timing before he will be heading for the free-agent in 2010.

“You play out the season of course; I will consider it,” James told The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer on Saturday. “The direction we are headed is everything I expected and more.”

James is still under  Cleveland’s home since he still have two more seasons marked in his current contract. After that, James will eventually be free ad can hit the free-agent market in July  of 2010.  Hence, speculations and rumors of him dealing with on of NBA’s large markets New York Knicks is still a rumored one.

The Cavaliers are now strengthening their record for being the second-best in the NBA, 22 wins and 4 losses.

“I definitely want to keep an open mind, I will look at everything,” James said. “(The extension) is a good point. I think me and my group have pretty much made good decisions so far and we’ll look at the options and go from there.”

James signed a three-year, $43 million deal with the Cavaliers last 2006. The deal includes a player option for 2010-11 amounting to $17.4 million.

Pau Gasol led a heroic record for Los Angeles Lakers after defeating the New Jersey Nets 120-93.

LA Lakers are now breezing and improving their NBA best 12-1 record after winning out the Nets. Pau Gasol managed to come up with 226 points and eight rebounds while reigning MVP Kobe Bryant only got 12 points. This is after gaining five out of 17 field goal attempts in his playing time. Kobe’s poor performance arose in the first half–1/9 field goals.

This also happened on one of these two teams’ encounter on Feb. 15 when Kobe only scored six points–enlisting his season-low.

The Nets missed their first eight shots of the fourth  quarter.
